Lenore Adams

Vehicle Administrator

Lenore has worked at automotive dealerships for over 20 years—since she was a small girl. She lived in Carson City, Nevada for 23 years and grew up in West Covina, CA. She is married with 2 kids, now 20 & 17 years old. In her spare time she goes snowmobiling in the winter & mountain biking in the summer. She is the biggest San Jose Sharks fan this side of the Sierras and basically lives for hockey…and Mercedes-Benz.

Humberto Bargas

Detail Manager

Humberto brought his supreme detailing skills to us in early 2010. He spent 3-1/2 years with Nissan, was with Lexus before that and Toyota in Huntington Beach before that. Tired of the big city he brought his family to Reno choosing the smaller town life. He was married in 1992 and his son is 17. He enjoys soccer [futbol] and relaxing with his family. Recently he was promoted to oversee our detailing team. He is a perfectionist and an artist with these cars.

Terry Bortot

General Sales Manager

Our cowboy sales guy has a passion for cattle and horses. He lives near them in his spare time and often breaks his fingers when he is breaking horses. He lives here the rest of the time. He has worked in the car business since they were invented by Mercedes-Benz in 1886.

Kirk Brost

Systems Technician

Kirk just joined us in early 2011. He came over from being a printing press tech. He completed the automotive program with UTI in Sacramento August 2010. He is big into music playing guitars, piano, bass, synthesizer, drums and singing and recording in a variety styles. He also loves fishing, camping, dirt-biking...anything outdoors.

Cheryl Capurro

Warranty Specialist

Cheryl has worked in the automobile industry since she was a little girl, just a few years ago. Her experience covers Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Cadillac. She and hubby, Steve, are excited for their first grandbaby to arrive in February 2012. Cheryl loves the ocean since she grew up in Redondo Beach, CA, but we dragged her away from it to join us.

Steve Capurro

Parts Manager

Born and raised in the SF bay area. Steve began with Mercedes-Benz in 1978. His journey has included stops in Sacramento, southern California and Las Vegas. He is happily married since 1985...and is looking forward to life in Reno. He joined our team in May 2011.

Lazaro Carpio

Service Detailer

Lazaro gained 4 years of experience with Mission Car Wash after 5 years with Buggy Bath Car Wash. He joined us in early 2011. Originally from Guatemala, he spent 5 years in Santa Ana, CA before coming to Reno in 1993. "I am the latino lover." He is another of our dirt-biking enthusiasts who also enjoys camping and the beach at Lake Tahoe.

Frank Casey

Assistant Service Manager

Frank loves planes, trains and automobiles...He recently came over from Audi after 7 years with them. Prior to that he did tires at Sears and enjoyed parking cars at the El Dorado. He loves his wife, two young children, camping and racing Joe on quads. He is very passionate about taking care of customers and getting the job done the way it should be; perfect the first time.

Joe Castleberry

Assistant Service Manager

Joe moved to Reno in 1995 and went to an Automotive trade school, 1998-99. From there he worked for a european independent for 3 years. He also obtained several TMCC automotive certificates along the way. He moved over to Mercedes-Benz of Reno in May 2002, when it opened. Joe started as a Technician in the back, then a Roadside Technician until 2005, when he moved up to a Service Advisor role. He is married with 3 children. The kids are active in sports and Joe coaches the kids football team. He loves to take the family camping, fishing and riding motorcycles and ATV's.

Scott Coleman

Inventory Manager

Scott grew up in the area and went to UNR earning a B.S.EE/CS before moving to IL just north of O'Hare for 9 years where he earned his M.Div. Since he moved back to Reno in 1998, he found a great lady to share their large blended family with: 5 kids, 2-1/3rd dogs. They have 4 in college, which includes 3 at UNR and 1 at UTI near L.A. His passion for German automotive engineering is now fulfilled after joining our team in late 2010.

Larry Dibble

Finance Manager

Larry came to us from Central California and brings to Reno his deep passion and enthusiasm for Mercedes Benz vehicles. He has been selling Mercedes Benz, as well as many other fine automobiles, since 2005. He has been a STAR Certified Sales Consultant for Mercedes Benz before jumping into his role as Finance Manager. Oh, and he also loves Jeeps!

Jon Dietmeier

Sales Consultant

Jon was born and raised in Las Vegas. He worked for Nissan in Reno for 9 years in sales and finance management. He loves waterskiing and all forms of motorsport racing. Jon loves hanging out at Lahotan and Pyramid Lakes. He has a daughter and two sons; the youngest is at North Valleys High School. He would love to assist you in obtaining a new or CPO Mercedes-Benz.

Sean Duclayan

Systems Technician

Sean grew up in Oahu, Hawaii. He went through the Oahu Community College Auto Program, finishing in 2002. His automotive career started with GM-Pontiac before joining Mercedes-Benz in 2005. He is a Master Certified Technician. He and his wife enjoy their 11 year old daughter and two sons, 6 and 1. He spends most of his free time with the family playing video games and driving RC cars. Oh yeah, he came to Reno in 2009 since the in-laws lived here.

Tessa Grundy

Business Office Manager

Tessa joined us in 2010. She has been in the industry since 1997 working with other quality manufacturers: Subaru, Volkswagen, Nissan and Lexus. She began her career as a service cashier and has worked up to this vital position. She has been married since 2003, has 3 beautiful children and too many creatures to list. She loves football; specifically the Atlanta Falcons, and bowling.

Ronda Hartley

Business Development & Customer Care Manager

Ronda has been with Mercedes-Benz since 2005 and is MASTER Certified. She was a MASTER GUILD award winner for 2011; which is very prestigious within MB garnering her a trip to Germany and Switzerland to tour the factories and countryside along with great food and beer. She has three beautiful children that she brags on regularly. She can always find the good in every situation, which is great for us since she keeps this place rolling...

Ryan Hollis

Systems Technicican

Ryan has lived in Reno since 1978. He is a single-father with 2 kids and a wiener dog. He has been working on cars since Y2K after attending ATEC. Then he completed the Mercedes-Benz Elite program, graduating 2nd in the class, and has been working on Mercedes-Benz since 2003. He is MASTER Certified. An avid reader and dedicated father, he enjoys spending time with them doing what they want to do; riding bikes, hiking and doing kid stuff.

Doug Key

Systems Technician

Doug works sometimes in the building in the Service department and sometimes on the road as our Roadside Technician. He has been with us since 2008. Prior to joining our team he spent 3 years as the Shop Foreman for Mitsubishi & Saab, and 12 years as a Technician for Dodge. He is married with a daughter, three sons and a new grandbaby that he is very proud of. On the weekends he enjoys street motorcycles, old car restoration, fishing and hitting golf balls; not necessarily, playing golf. Another one of our dog lovers; he has an Old English Mastiff [180 lbs] and a Pug [a couple of lbs].

Yong Chol Kwon

Systems Technician

Yong has been with us since 2004. Yong started his automotive technician career in the Korean army working on all their vehicles from the small Jeeps to large trucks. He came over to the USA in December 1990, with his extended family. Even on the weekends he can be found working on cars. He has a wife and one child. He also enjoys snowboarding and golf.

Eric Lackshin

General Manager

Eric Lackshin moved to Reno from Northern California in August 2008. Originally from Houston, Texas, Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. With over 18 years of experience in the auto industry (10 with Mercedes-Benz), Eric brings a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and a commitment to building a thriving and successful Mercedes-Benz dealership. Eric is dedicated to his wife Tina, daughter Alexandra, son Joseph Benjamin, and Great Dane Mitzy. His family does wonder when they will get to see him again because he does always seem to be at the store working!

Chris Lowe

Finance Manager

Chris and his family found their way to Reno after a 16 year stint in San Diego. As a relative newcomer to Mercedes-Benz and the automotive industry in general, Chris brings a fresh perspective to outstanding customer service and client needs fulfillment. In his spare time, he can be found riding most anything that has two wheels on it, motor preferred, but not required! Chris has a 5 year old daughter, an infant son, and a fabulous wife who is really OK with him being her 3rd and oldest child.

Dustin Lund

Systems Technician

Dustin graduated from UTI with an Associates in automotive & diesel technology in 2002. He went to work for VW for 2 years, then Toyota for the next 7. He was new to Mercedes-Benz in the fall of 2011. He is happily married and enjoys their 11 year old daughter and 5 year old son. He is a Reno native. Wow. His hobbies are RC cars, 4-wheeling (mostly in his '97 4Runner), camping and fishing. Boys with toys.

Audrey Meany

Sales Receptionist/Accounts Payable

Audrey is very humble. She joined Mercedes-Benz of Reno in December 2010. Humbly she says she is the Best Army Wife Ever!! She graduated from Milan Institute in 2008 and received her Certificate as a Massage Therapist. Her goal is to take and pass the NCETM to become licensed. Outside of work she spends time with her family, friends and her two little pooches. Next year, once her husband comes back from South Korea they are going to travel the world together.

Craig Miller

Diagnostic Technician

Craig joined us in 2010. He has spent most of his career as a Diagnostic Technician. He started working on cars in 1977 after leaving the IT field. Since 1981 he has been focused on Mercedes-Benz. He has worked in CO, WA, and CA before coming to Reno. Since his family is back east, he spends most of his free time motorcycle riding, hiking and backpacking.

Jimmy O'Brien

STAR Certified Sales Consultant

Jim has been in the Reno/Tahoe area for over 18 years. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 1992, Jim moved to Tahoe City and was involved in the restaurant business. In 2006, Jim, his wife Maureen and two boys moved to Reno. He has been in the automotive business since moving here and has a real passion for the product. He is Mercedes Benz STAR Certified and is a frequent Salesperson of the Month. In his free time, Jim enjoys time with family, skiing and hiking in the Sierras and all that the Reno/Tahoe lifestyle has to offer.

Delilah Osorio

Office Admin

Delilah loves documentaries; especially, about the Tudor dynasty! She has 4 dogs: Max, Wickett, Dora and Grizley. She moved here from Chicago when she was 21 years old. Her favorite things to do are to cook and bake. She has only ever worked in call centers, so Customer Service is at the heart of everything she does.

Sandy Regalado

Sales Consultant

Sandy was raised in Nappa on 5 acres near the vineyards and south San Francisco. She moved to Reno in Y2K. She has two children and three dogs. She has managed an office store and been in sales since she was 16. Her life-long passion for cars led her to us at the start of 2011. We finally converted her from the other brands over to Mercedes-Benz. She loves her CLK550 convertible.

Lori Roth

Parts Specialist

Lori has been with Mercedes Benz for more than 30 years. She started in the Parts department in Salt Lake City Utah and has worked in a variety of roles including Parts Manager. She is STAR Certified, which means she has taken a lot of Mercedes-Benz training courses in order to be an expert in our product line. She lives in Reno with her husband and 2 cats.

Dave Rowe

MASTER Certified Sales Consultant

Dave has been at Mercedes Benz of Reno since September 2004 and has achieved the level of MASTER Certified Sales Consultant. Originally from Merced, CA; Dave moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1973 where he enjoyed lengthy careers in skiing and golf while raising two children. Dave’s approach to car sales is to blend superior product knowledge and unmatched service with a firm handle on today’s rapidly changing financial incentives and manufacturer’s programs with the goal of providing the greatest level of value for each of his customers. Dave has extensive experience with Mercedes’ AMG performance brand having attended driving schools and events that further bolster his hands on knowledge of the product.

Hoyt Scharff

Sales Consultant

Hoyt grew up in Belle Mead, NJ and went to the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. For some reason he is a Washington Redskins fan. He ran a bar in Texas, ran stores for Zales and worked with Audi before joining us in 2009. He brags about his wife and son. His son runs his own cake baking business; and they are great!

Ronn Vigor

Shipping & Receiving Driver

Ronn is native to the Northwest. He retired in 2006 after 20 years as a technician for Lincoln/Mercury. He and his wife spent the next 5 years traveling the USA in an RV. He decided to hang out with us in the summer of 2011 once he got tired of traveling. He and his wife also enjoy hiking and 4-wheeling.

Malcolm Walker

Shop Foreman & Master Certified System Technician

Malcolm grew up in Gardnerville, then Washington, and back to G'Ville for his HS senior year. He took off for Phoenix to study auto mechanics at UTI [Universal Technical Institute] then jumped into the Mercedes-Benz Elite program in Houston. He worked at MB of Encino prior to joining us in 2006 and becoming MASTER Certified. He is engaged and looking forward to the wedding, sans helmet. He is a year-round motorcycling machine commuting, dirt biking, adventure riding wherever the next trail or road goes and doing trials competitions with one of his 6 bikes.

Daryl Watson

Courtesy Driver

Daryl has been with Mercedes-Benz since 1961, his entire career. He was a Technician for 23 years, worked in the Parts department for 3 years, Service Advisor for 7 years and now shuttles our valuable customers anywhere they need to go and test drives vehicles to help troubleshoot. Daryl loves to hunt and fish all over Nevada. He has two sons here and one in southern California.

Jeremy Williams

Systems Technician

Jeremy is our eclectic tech and another Reno native. He studied Fire Sciences & Foresty for 2 years at TMCC but most of his work experience was as a tile-setter for 9 years. Check your floors. If it looks great, he did it. He is a life-long Jeep, sand-rail and 4-wheeler junky since he grew up building them with his father. He also tears around on dirt bikes and snowboards. He brags about his wife of 10 years, 6 year old daughter and 5 month old son. He is afraid of his neighbor, Malcolm Walker.

Kwanny Woo

Service Manager

Our MASTER Certified vehicle expert. Kwanny is fiercely devoted to making sure we have the best technicians with the best attitudes. He strives to have a fantastic team that will provide you with the best quality people and repairs. But he is a mediocre dancer.
